Ambroxol 30 Tropfen - 1 A-Pharma is a medicine used to loosen mucus in respiratory diseases with viscous mucus. It is used for the expectorant treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with viscous mucus. Before taking Ambroxol 30 Tropfen - 1 A-Pharma, certain instructions should be observed. The medicine must not be taken if there is an allergic reaction to ambroxol hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients. In the case of impaired kidney or liver function, the medicinal product should only be taken on medical advice. Children under 2 years of age should also only use the medicinal product on medical advice. The dosage of Ambroxol 30 Drops - 1 A-Pharma depends on age. Infants under 2 years of age take 10 drops 2 times daily, children 2-5 years of age take 10 drops 3 times daily, children 6-12 years of age take 20 drops 2-3 times daily, and adolescents 12 years of age and older and adults take either 40 drops 3 times daily or 40 drops 2 times daily. The duration of use should not exceed 4-5 days. In case of possible side effects such as skin rash, nausea or taste disorders, a doctor should be consulted.
