Directions for use of Bolfo flea protection spray: - Bolfo Tick and Flea Protection Spray is a veterinary medicine for the control of fleas and ticks in dogs and cats. - It contains the active ingredient (2-isopropoxyphenyl)(methyl carbamate). - The spray is applied to the coat of the animal by spraying the coat against the hairline until it is slightly damp. - The spray kills existing fleas and ticks immediately, but ticks may remain in the skin and should be removed manually. - It is important to also treat the area around the animal with a suitable insecticide or insecticide to prevent re-infestation. - Bolfo tick and flea repellent spray should not be used on sick animals or animals used for food production. - There are no known side effects, but a veterinarian or pharmacist should be contacted if side effects occur. - The spray should be stored below 30°C and protected from sunlight. - Protective gloves should be worn when using and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. - Bolfo tick and flea repellent spray is not suitable for pregnant women in their third trimester. - No other insecticides or acaricides should be used at the same time. - Unused packs should be handed in at pollutant collection points and must not be disposed of via the sewage system.
