Pernionin Thermo Partial Bath 0.5 g/100 ml bath additive is used for the supportive treatment of rheumatic complaints, to temporarily increase peripheral blood circulation and in cases of 1st degree frostbite (chilblains). It contains the active substance benzyl nicotinate. Before use, certain contraindications should be observed, such as allergies to benzyl nicotinate, severe heart, liver and kidney diseases, inflammatory skin diseases, open wounds, vascular occlusions and in children under 12 years of age. When using, the dosage and application instructions should be followed carefully. The bath should be taken in warm water for 10 minutes. Overdoses should be avoided as nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea may occur. In general, no side effects are to be expected, but skin reactions may occur in individual cases. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you experience any side effects. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use the product. The duration of use depends on the type of symptoms and the course of the disease. Children under 18 years of age are not advised to use the product.
