Cosmopor Advance 20 cm x 10 cm: Cosmopor Advance is a sterile self-adhesive wound dressing with high absorption capacity and minimal rewetting. Due to the innovative DryBarrier technology, wound exudate is absorbed but not released. The dressing is suitable for post-operative wound care and can also be used on sensitive skin. It consists of a soft non-woven backing and a highly absorbent wound pad. The fine-mesh polyethylene net prevents sticking to the wound, while the transfer layer directs the exudate into the absorbent layer.
