CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray

CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray is a product that loosens and removes excess and hardened ear wax (cerumen).It also helps prevent inflammation of the external ear canal.No prescription is required for this product.

Ingredients

The ear oil spray contains almond oil, vitamin E, Caprilic/Capric triglyceride, paraffin oil, isostearyl isostearate, PEG-40 sorbitan peroleate and BHA/BHT.

CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray is used to gently remove excess or hardened ear wax.It is also suitable for preventing inflammation in the external ear canal.

Earwax plugs and hardened earwax can irritate the ear canal and impair hearing.In severe cases, inflammation can occur.If the cerumen comes into contact with the eardrum, dizziness and discomfort may occur.Regular cleaning of the ears is therefore advisable.

CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray offers a simple solution with many benefits.It loosens and removes excess or hardened earwax, cleans and cares for the external ear canal and the auricle.It can also be used before ear irrigation by the doctor and is suitable for hearing aid wearers.Thanks to the 360 degree rotating spray head, application is easy and hygienic.

Application instructions

To remove excess or hardened earwax, adults apply two to three sprays of ear oil spray into the outer ear canal.Children aged three and over need one to two sprays.The ear should then be closed with a cotton ball to prevent the oil from running out.After about ten minutes, the ear oil can be carefully rinsed out with warm water.If the hardening is stubborn, the process can be repeated.

To clean the auricle, you can put some body-warm CERUSTOP® ear oil spray on a cotton ball and use it to clean the auricle.The ear should then be gently dried with a cloth.

Dosage

Adults should use two to three sprays, while children aged three and over need one to two sprays.It is important to pay careful attention to the dosage, especially in children and the elderly.If you are unsure, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage

The bottle should always be closed and kept out of the reach of children.The storage temperature should not be below eight degrees Celsius or above 25 degrees Celsius.After the first use, the product has a shelf life of eight weeks and 36 weeks if unopened.

Contraindications

CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray should not be used if there is a perforated eardrum or if there is hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients.

Age group

The product is suitable for adults and children aged three and over.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Side effects

When used correctly and dosed, there are currently no known side effects.

Important notes

CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray is not a medicine.If you have severe earwax plugs or ear pain, you should see a doctor.Even if you have had previous damage to your eardrum or middle ear, you should consult a doctor before using the spray.
