Strophanthus Comp. Heart Tablets is a homeopathic medicine used for the treatment of nervous heart complaints such as stitches and a feeling of tightness in the heart area. It contains Arnica, Kalium carbonicum, Nitroglycerinum and Strophantus gratus, among others, as active ingredients. The tablets relieve these symptoms and improve the feeling of anxiety.
