Orthomol Femin is a food supplement that provides important micronutrients for normal skin, hair and nails. It contains gelatine, fish oil, L-ascorbic acid, soya extract with isoflavones, linseed oil, vegetable oils, evening primrose oil, linseed extract with lignans, zinc gluconate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, mixed tocopherols, emulsifiers and other ingredients. The daily portion consists of 2 capsules, which should be divided between morning and evening. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. Orthomol Femin contains various vitamins, minerals and other substances listed in the table. It is lactose- and gluten-free. The product must not exceed the recommended daily intake and does not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Slight belching may occur due to the fish oil contained.
