Nasic®-cur is a rhinitis spray for the care and healing of severely stressed nasal mucous membranes. It contains dexpanthenol as the only active ingredient, which supports the healing of irritated mucous membranes. The spray is suitable for adults and children and contains no decongestants. Once opened, it can be used for up to 6 months. Dexpanthenol is a precursor of pantothenic acid and promotes the healing of damaged skin and mucous membranes. Nasic® is a well-known brand in the field of nasal sprays and usually contains xylometazoline to decongest the nasal mucous membranes. The range also includes preservative-free and child-friendly sprays. Nasic®-cur contains only dexpanthenol as the active ingredient. It should be used 3-4 times a day, with 1-2 sprays per nostril. The duration of use should not exceed 4 weeks. Overdose symptoms are not known. The medicinal product must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to dexpanthenol. The use should be discussed with a doctor during pregnancy and lactation. Only a few side effects have been reported. Nasic®-cur also contains no preservatives and should be stored at room temperature. The shelf life after opening is 6 months. Nasic®-cur is manufactured and distributed by the Klosterfrau company.
