Magnesium and Vitamin E ratiopharm capsules are a dietary supplement that contains both magnesium and vitamin E.No prescription is required for this product.Magnesium supports the function of muscles and the maintenance of bones and teeth.It helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and is important for normal energy metabolism and electrolyte balance.Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.These free radicals can be caused by various factors such as nicotine, alcohol, stress and sporting activities.

The capsules contain magnesium oxide, gelatin, soybean oil, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), coconut oil, glycerin as a humectant, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids as an emulsifier, sorbitol as a humectant, lecithins from soy as an emulsifier and iron oxides and iron hydroxides as colorants.Each capsule contains 150 mg magnesium (40% of the reference amount) and 50 mg vitamin E (417% of the reference amount).

Contraindications

People with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should not take this product.Particular caution is required if the kidney function is severely impaired.Too high a dosage can lead to stomach and intestinal problems.

Dosage

The capsules are taken with meals or without chewing with liquid.Usually 1 to 2 capsules are enough for daily use.

The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet and should be kept out of the reach of children.

Application

Swallow 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.
