Information for use on the article Importal Pulver Btl. - Importal is a laxative (laxative) and liver therapeutic agent for the treatment of constipation and hepatic encephalopathy. The recommended dosage for adults is 20 g powder daily as a single dose with meals. For children, the dosage is based on body weight. Importal should always be taken exactly as directed by the doctor or pharmacist and should not be used for longer than 4 weeks. Side effects may include abdominal pain, flatulence, diarrhoea, nausea and anal itching. In case of overdose, a doctor should be contacted. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking it. Importal is supplied in the form of 50 sachets of 10 g powder.
