Active ingredients and ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains 250 mg St. John's wort dry extract (3.5-6:1), with ethanol 60% (V/V) serving as the extractant.The excipients include calcium hydrogen phosphate-2-water, colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose-1-water, montan glycol wax, carboxymethyl starch sodium type A, magnesium stearate, cellulose powder, stearic acid, basic butyl methacrylate copolymer, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, talc and titanium dioxide.
Contraindications
The medicine must not be taken if other medicines containing certain active ingredients are being used at the same time, such as ciclosporin, tacrolimus, sirolimus, proteinase inhibitors, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, imatinib or irinotecan.The medicine should also not be used if you are known to be allergic to one of the components, if the skin is hypersensitive to light or if you have severe, temporary depressive disorders.
Dosage and intake
