Magnesium 100 mg Jenapharm tablets are taken to treat magnesium deficiency. The lack of magnesium can lead to muscle dysfunction such as calf cramps. The tablets contain 100 mg magnesium per tablet and are taken according to age and need. Adults and adolescents take 1 tablet 1-4 times a day, children over 6 years of age take 1/2 to 1 tablet 1-2 times a day. Side effects may include diarrhoea and tiredness, in which case the dosage should be reduced or the medicine temporarily stopped. The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children.
