Panthenol cream LAW supports natural wound healing.The active ingredient panthenol, also known as dexpanthenol, has been used successfully for various skin irritations for many years.These include minor abrasions, cuts, minor inflammation and burns.In the skin, panthenol is converted into pantothenic acid, which accelerates regeneration and restores the stability of the skin barrier.This promotes the natural healing processes and reduces scarring.The cream should be applied thinly to the affected skin areas one to several times a day.It is vegan and is also suitable for aftercare of tattoos.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each gram of the cream contains 50 mg of dexpanthenol as an active ingredient.The other ingredients include methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, a hydrophobic base gel, hard paraffin, sorbitan sesquioleate, disodium edetate-2 water and purified water.

Area of application

Panthenol cream LAW is used to support healing of superficial, minor skin and mucous membrane damage.

Application

The cream is applied thinly to the affected skin areas one to several times a day.After use, hands should be washed with soap for hygiene reasons.

Contraindications

Panthenol cream LAW must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to dexpanthenol, methyl or propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate or any of the other ingredients of the cream.

Dosage and duration of use

The recommended dose is applied thinly to the affected skin areas one to several times a day.The duration of use depends on the type and course of the disease.If the symptoms have not improved after 14 days of use, please consult your doctor.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.Since it is not known how much dexpanthenol is absorbed through the skin into the bloodstream, the benefits of use should be carefully weighed against the possible risks when used over large areas during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Warnings

When treating the genital or anal area, due to the ointment base and simultaneous use of latex condoms, the tensile strength may be reduced and the safety of condoms may therefore be impaired.

Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
