Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken in case of hypersensitivity to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or other antihistamines, acute asthma, glaucoma, certain tumors of the adrenal medulla, enlargement of the prostate gland with residual urine formation, epilepsy, potassium or magnesium deficiency, slow heartbeat, certain heart diseases, simultaneous use of drugs that prolong the QT-interval or lead to hypokalemia, simultaneous intake of alcohol or MAO-Inhibitors, during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Dosage

Treatment should be as short as possible, generally only a few days without exceeding two weeks.If sleep disorders persist, a doctor should be consulted.The dragees are taken whole with sufficient liquid about 30 minutes before going to bed.A sufficient sleep duration of 7-8 hours should be ensured in order not to impair performance the following day.It should only be taken for a short time without medical supervision and should not last longer than two weeks.The product is only suitable for adults aged 18 and over.

Intake
