Instructions for use of the article Applica I. V. 100 Cannula Plaster with absorbent pad APPLICA IV100 is a sterile non-woven dressing with an absorbent wound pad. The flexible dressing conforms well to body contours and adheres securely. The skin-friendly adhesive allows the skin to breathe. The dressing can be removed easily without leaving any residue. The additional wound pad can be used as a swab, compress or to cushion the cannula shaft and wings. The non-woven dressing is sterile and made of a latex-free formulation. It is permeable to air and water vapour. The dressing is used for fixation of peripheral indwelling cannulae.
