Use and preparation

To prepare green tea, the tea water should be cooled down to around 70-80°C with a shot of still mineral water after boiling.The tea can then be poured over.The steeping time is approx. 1-3 minutes for a stimulating and invigorating effect or 3 minutes or longer for a relaxing effect.One tea bag is enough for 1-2 cups.
