Ingredients

Green tea from controlled organic cultivation.Contains caffeine.The product is gluten-free, contains no added flavors and is naturally sugar-free.

Nutritional Information

The calorific value is less than 50 kJ (12 kcal) per 100 ml and per serving (150 ml).The tea contains small amounts of fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt.

Preparation

Use a filter bag for one cup (approx. 150 ml).Allow the boiling water to cool briefly and then pour it on.Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes.Then gently squeeze the bag and remove it.A shorter steeping makes the tea more stimulating and the aroma milder, while a longer steeping makes the aroma stronger and weakens the stimulating effect somewhat.
