Composition

Biatain® gently adhesive consists of a vapor-permeable, bacteria- and waterproof top film, an absorbent polyurethane foam and a gentle adhesion.

The Biatain soft-adhesive foam dressing has a unique 3D foam structure that enables excellent absorption.This minimizes the risk of maceration and leaks.The bandage is characterized by a long wearing time and is soft and flexible.The dimensions of the bandage are 15x15 cm, and the product variant is marked with the number 3475.

Usage

Biatain® soft-adherent can be used on a wide range of exuding wounds, particularly leg ulcers, pressure sores, second degree burns, post-operative wounds and skin abrasions.The bandage is also suitable for use under compression therapy.However, Biatain® gently adhesive must not be used on split-thickness skin removal sites.
