If I have a headache in the evening and can't fall asleep, I take a tablet and let it slowly dissolve in my mouth and wake up in the morning without a headache. I take them a maximum of twice a week, sometimes not at all for weeks, and I don't think they have such a negative effect on the liver as they are a homeopathic preparation.
