Instructions for use of the article Mepore wound dressing 10x11 cm Sterile: - Mepore is a self-adhesive wound dressing for covering and protecting lightly exuding wounds. - The dressing is 10 x 11 cm and is made of viscose fleece with a polymer layer. - The dressing contains a water-based polyacrylate adhesive that provides gentle fixation. - Mepore is easy to apply and has rounded corners and a protective layer. - The dressing has good absorbent properties and is suitable for low to moderate exuding wounds such as surgical wounds, minor burns, cuts and abrasions. - It offers increased comfort and longer wearing time. - The flexible fabric conforms well to the contours of the body. - Mepore can be used for various lightly exuding wounds, such as post-operative wounds, cuts and abrasions. - The dressing is sterile unless the inner packaging has been damaged or opened before use. - When used over joints, care should be taken not to apply the dressing under tension.
