Instructions for use of the article Heparin AL Ointment 50.000 Important information (compulsory data): Heparin AL Ointment 50.000. Active substance: heparin sodium 50.000 I.U. per 100 g ointment. Indications: For the supportive treatment of acute swelling following blunt injuries (bruises, haematomas). Contains cetylstearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate and a fragrance containing linalool, cinnamon alcohol, geraniol, hydroxycitronellal, benzyl salicylate, citral and D-limonene. For risks and side effects, read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist. What is Heparin AL Ointment 50,000 and what is it used for? Heparin HEPARIN AL is used for the supportive treatment of acute swelling after blunt injuries (bruises/bruises). How is Heparin AL Ointment 50,000 used? Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the recommended dose is: HEPARIN AL should be applied thinly and evenly to the affected area 2 to 3 times a day. How should Heparin AL Ointment 50,000 be stored? Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton and tube after "EXP". The expiry date refers to the last day of the month indicated. No special storage conditions are required for this medicinal product. After opening, HEPARIN AL Ointment 50,000 is stable for 6 months if stored properly. Do not dispose of medicines in waste water or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of the medicine when you stop using it. You will be helping to protect the environment. What Heparin AL Ointment 50,000 contains The active substance is heparin sodium. 100 g of ointment contain 0.25 g of heparin sodium (porcine mucosa), equivalent to 50,000 I. E. The other ingredients are: Cetylstearyl alcohol, citric acid, levomenthol, sodium edetate, oleyl oleate, palmitoyl ascorbic acid, propylene glycol, ?-tocopherol, medium-chain triglycerides, purified water, sorbic acid and potassium sorbate as preservatives, perfume oil Sport PH. Indications: - Sports and accident injuries, such as: - Sprains and strains - bruises - bruises - haematomas - Painful swellings after injuries Dosage and directions for use: All ages a sufficient amount 2-3 times daily spread throughout the day.
