Instructions for use of the article Suprasorb A+Ag Antimicrobial Calcium Alginate Compresses Tam Suprasorb A + Ag ensures cleanliness and germ reduction through the combination of natural calcium alginate and antimicrobial silver. Suprasorb A + Ag is the wound dressing for heavily exuding and infected wounds or those at risk of infection. Bacteria and germs are trapped in the gel and killed. The dressing also has rapid and broad antimicrobial activity against MRSA and AER. The effect is developed directly on the wound surface. Suprasorb A + Ag is available as a compress and as a tamponade. The dressing change interval should be determined according to wound condition, infection status, degree of exudation and secondary dressing, after 5-7 days at the latest. Dressing changes should be daily in case of infection. When using the dressing, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for use.
