Instructions for use for dona® 250 mg tablets, 50 pcs
Application
Dona 250mg coated tablets are used to relieve symptoms of mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee joint. The product is gluten and lactose free and is well tolerated, which is proven by decades of therapeutic experience.Dona 250mg has a targeted effect on knee pain and improves the mobility of the knee joint.
Osteoarthritis and what you can do about it
Osteoarthritis can manifest itself as stiff knees after rest and pain when moving or at rest.It is often viewed as age-related wear and tear, but excessive and incorrect strain as well as being overweight are common triggers.Around 75 percent of all people over 50 show signs of knee osteoarthritis. These changes in the joint result in a rougher bone surface, which irritates tendons and ligaments and causes pain.Osteoarthritis cannot be cured, but in an early stage, further deterioration can be counteracted with Dona®.Regular consumption of Dona® can maintain the mobility of the knee joints and relieve pain.
Exercise and sport
In the past, it was recommended to protect the knee joints when there was pain, but today we know that well-developed muscles stabilize and protect the joints.Regular exercise ensures that the joint cartilage is supplied with nutrients.Special exercises that a physiotherapist can suggest are crucial for the positive development of knee problems.Endurance sports that are gentle on the knees, such as Nordic walking or cycling, as well as mindful movement patterns such as Tai Chi or Chi Gong can have a positive effect on the joints.Dona® can provide the damaged cartilage with glucosamine themisulfate and delay the progression of knee osteoarthritis.
Diet and weight
If you want to do your knees good, you should pay attention to your weight.Obesity is a major risk factor for osteoarthritis.A wholesome diet that is low in fat and calories but rich in vitamins and fiber helps maintain weight.Since natural glucosamine suppliers are rarely on the menu, long-term consumption of Dona® as a tablet or in the form of powder can improve glucosamine absorption and thus knee problems.
Knee pain in athletes
Younger and athletic people can also be affected by knee pain.Causes can include incorrect footwear, misalignment or excessive training.Pain behind the kneecap can indicate overloaded tendons, while pain on the outside of the knee can often be attributed to runner's knee.Pain in the back of the knee is rare and can indicate a meniscus injury. If knee pain persists for a long time, you should consult a specialist.
Mode of action
Dona 250mg contains crystalline glucosamine hemisulfate as the active ingredient.Glucosamine and chondroitin are important components of our cartilage tissue and have an anti-inflammatory effect.Glucosamine hemisulfate is also a natural component of synovial fluid and cartilage matrix. It stimulates the building processes in the knee joint in order to prevent the cartilage damage from progressing further.
