Directions for use of Cromo-ratiopharm nasal spray: Cromo-ratiopharm Nasal Spray is used for the treatment of year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis. It contains the active ingredient sodium cromoglicate. The nose should be cleaned before use. The usual dose is 1 spray into each nostril up to 4 times a day. The frequency of use can be increased to 6 times a day if necessary. After inhaling the spray, the protective cover should be replaced to prevent dehydration. Regular use is important as the nasal spray has no immediate effect. It should be used as long as there is contact with the allergenic substances. It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the nasal spray. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a careful risk-benefit assessment should be carried out before use. Possible side effects are irritation of the nose, such as sneezing and nosebleeds, headaches and taste disorders. An overdose is not known. Cromo-ratiopharm Nasal Spray should not be used after the expiry date stated on the packaging. It should be kept at room temperature and out of the reach of children.
