Directions for use of the article Aplona Powder: Aplona Apple Powder is traditionally used to improve the symptoms of acute uncomplicated diarrhoea, in combination with adequate fluid intake and dietary measures. It is a traditional herbal medicinal product. Please read the entire package leaflet carefully before use and follow the doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. Aplona should not be used if you have an allergy to apple powder or any of the other ingredients of the medicine. In case of prolonged symptoms, fever or bloody or mucous stools, a doctor should be consulted. Children under three years of age and senior citizens should not use Aplona unless recommended by a doctor. Aplona should not be taken with other medicines and should be kept 2-3 hours away from other medicines. Pregnant women should not use Aplona unless recommended by their doctor. The use of Aplona during breast-feeding is safe. Aplona has no effect on the ability to drive or operate machinery. The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 3 years and over is 1 sachet 5-8 times daily. The suspension is prepared with warm drinking boiled water or thin tea and can be taken either hot or cold. The duration of application should not exceed 3 days. Side effects are not known. If side effects occur, you should inform your doctor or pharmacist. The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date.
