Instructions for use for BALDRIANWURZEL Tea, 200 g

Information for use with the article Valerian root tea: Valerian root tea is used for the treatment of restlessness and nervous sleep disorders. It is a herbal sedative. The duration of use is not limited, but should not be longer than 1 week without medical advice. The tea can be prepared by infusion with boiling water and drunk several times a day. Alternatively, it can be added to a full bath for external use. There are no known side effects and interactions with other medicines are not known. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. Valerian root tea must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to valerian root. In children under 12 years of age, the tea should only be used after consulting a doctor. The medicinal product should be protected from moisture and stored in the dark.
