Summary: Bearberry leaves tea is a herbal medicinal product used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract. It is recommended to drink one cup of the tea infusion or cold extract made from one heaped teaspoonful of coarsely powdered bearberry leaves up to 4 times a day. The duration of use should not exceed one week and should not be more than 5 times a year. It should be noted that if there is blood in the urine, fever or persistent symptoms for more than 7 days, a doctor should be consulted. The package leaflet contains further important information on risks and side effects which should be read before use. The medicinal tea should be stored in a dry place away from heat and moisture.
