Application

Yarrow herb is used internally for loss of appetite and digestive problems such as mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints.It can be used externally as a bath additive for painful cramps in the woman's pelvis.

For internal use, drink a cup of tea infusion three times a day.To stimulate the appetite half an hour before meals, or for digestive problems after meals.To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a teaspoonful of yarrow herb (approx. 1.5 g) and strain it through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes.

For sitz baths, 100 g of yarrow herb is used in 20 l of water.

100 g of medicinal tea contains the active ingredient yarrow herb.Other components are not included.
