Pantoprazole TAD 20 mg for heartburn
Reflux describes the backflow of stomach acid into the esophagus, which can lead to painful inflammation. This is often manifested by a burning sensation in the chest that travels up to the throat (heartburn) and a sour taste in the mouth (acid reflux).
Pantoprazole TAD 20 mg for heartburn is used for the short-term treatment of reflux symptoms such as heartburn and acid reflux in adults. The active ingredient pantoprazole blocks a pump responsible for producing stomach acid, reducing the amount of acid in the stomach.Symptoms such as reflux and heartburn can be relieved after just one day of treatment, but the medicine does not have to provide immediate relief. To relieve symptoms, it may be necessary to take the tablets over 2 to 3 consecutive days.
No prescription is required for this product.
