Jenapharm Panthenol Nose Cream with the active ingredient dexpanthenol is used to support healing in the case of superficial minor mucosal damage to the nose. The cream is applied thinly to the affected area once or several times a day and can be massaged in gently. The duration of treatment depends on the type and course of the disease, but should not exceed seven days. Overdose is not known to occur and forgotten applications should be continued at the next prescribed time. The medicine should be stored at room temperature and should not be used after the expiry date stated on the tube. The cream contains dexpanthenol as the active ingredient and various excipients such as lanolin and bronopol. Localised skin irritation may occur and the medicinal product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can usually use it without hesitation. Side effects are rare and usually occur only in exceptional cases.
