Cutimed® PROTECT Spray - Medical skin protection

Medical skin protection plays a crucial role in the care of chronic wounds, as the risk of maceration and skin irritation is particularly high in such cases.The Cutimed® PROTECT spray was developed to easily apply to large areas surrounding the wound.It has a prophylactic effect on intact or already irritated skin areas and protects them from maceration by body fluids for up to 96 hours.Due to its alcohol- and perfume-free formulation, the spray is particularly gentle on the skin and is therefore also suitable for use on children.

No prescription is required for this product.

Ingredients

The Cutimed® PROTECT Spray contains a polymer solution made from disiloxane and acrylate copolymer.

Duration of application

The duration of use depends on the respective indication, for example when cleaning.

Notes

The liquid and vapor of the product are highly flammable and very toxic to aquatic organisms with long-term effects.It should be kept away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition.Smoking is not permitted near the product.Release into the environment should be avoided and spills should be collected.In the event of a fire, water spray, foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide (CO2) can be used to extinguish.Contents and containers should be disposed of in accordance with local, regional, national or international regulations.
