Alsifemin 100 Climate Soya is a dietary food for special medical purposes that can be used to treat menopausal symptoms. It contains a soya extract with a high isoflavone content as well as vitamins, minerals and lecithin in a balanced dosage. The capsules are taken once a day with plenty of liquid. The ingredients are well tolerated and the capsules are vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan. However, the product should only be used under medical supervision and is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. One pack contains 30 capsules.

I, 56 years old, have suffered from very, very severe hot flushes both during the day and at night. Nothing helped and I didn't want to take hormones. That's when I became aware of the Klima-Aktiv capsules. After just 2-3 days, the hot flushes and especially the very heavy night sweats stopped. Until today ... I can even continue to drink my favourite coffee. I have not noticed any side effects so far.

A few months ago I had a type of soya capsules that were very good, then I found this type with the same ingredients. The price is a lot cheaper. The effect lasted 7 weeks. I had very strong flushes with heavy sweating. I was also very dissatisfied. The effect lasted a really long time, but it is also herbal. I can definitely recommend the capsules! I'm doing really well!
