These plasters help very well. I usually apply them overnight. With other plasters I always had problems with slipping and skin irritation. With these everything is fine.

These plasters really help, and very quickly

Pain relief sets in after around half an hour. Unfortunately, the plaster does not stick so well in some places. This is certainly due to the fact that it is soft and pliable. I fixed it in place with extra tape to be on the safe side (after it had come off a few times), especially when it was located near the waistband of my trousers.

These plasters have helped me a lot with hellish shoulder pain. Now I can sleep well again and I'm thrilled!!!
