Directions for use of the article Elmex Kariesschutz Zahnspülung Elmex Caries Protection Tooth Rinse is a highly effective solution that forms a double-active calcium-fluoride shield and effectively protects teeth from decay. Thanks to the amine fluoride formula it contains, it remineralises the teeth and offers a pleasant taste. The dental rinse does not contain alcohol or colourants. It is applied by rinsing with the undiluted contents of one cap for 30 seconds without swallowing and rinsing. It is recommended that the application is preferably carried out in the evening in order to allow the amino fluoride to take effect overnight and to remineralise the tooth enamel in the long term. The Elmex Caries Protection Tooth Rinse is also suitable for braces wearers. The ingredients are Aqua, Propylene glycol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Olaflur, Glycerin, Sodium benzoate, Levulinic Acid, Sodium levulinate, Aroma*, Saccharin, Sodium fluoride, Sodium anisate. The fluoride content is 250 ppm and the tooth rinse contains olaflur (amine fluoride). elmex research has developed this tooth rinse to protect the teeth from caries and to inhibit the growth of caries-causing bacteria. By forming a protective film, the enamel is protected from mineral loss during acid attacks and the incorporation of minerals into the enamel is promoted, which increases caries protection.
