Directions for use of Tebonin forte 40 mg solution: Tebonin forte 40 mg contains the active substance ginkgo biloba leaf dry extract and is used for the treatment of mental performance deficits caused by changes in the brain (dementia). It is used as part of a comprehensive treatment concept for progressive loss of mental abilities (dementia syndrome) and includes symptoms such as memory and concentration disorders, dejection, dizziness, ringing in the ears and headaches. The individual effect cannot be predicted, so before starting treatment it should be clarified whether the symptoms are not due to an underlying disease that needs specific treatment. Tebonin forte 40mg can also be used to increase the pain-free walking distance in cases of circulatory disorders in the arms and legs (peripheral arterial occlusive disease), also known as "shop window disease", as well as for the supportive treatment of dizziness and ringing in the ears. In the event of sudden onset of hearing loss or hearing loss, a doctor should be consulted immediately. Important information on intake: - Tebonin forte 40mg is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over. - The usual dose is 20-40 drops, three times a day. - The drops can be taken undiluted or with a little water, regardless of meals. - The duration of treatment varies depending on the area of application and is at least 8 weeks for mental performance impairment, at least 6 weeks for circulatory disorders and at least 12 weeks for dizziness and ringing in the ears.
