Instructions for use for PAN OPHTAL Eye drops, 10 ml

Pan-Ophtal eye drops are used for the symptomatic treatment of dehydration of the cornea and conjunctiva in cases of tear secretion disorders due to local or systemic underlying diseases and in cases of poor eyelid closure. The active ingredient in the eye drops is dexpanthenol. The drops should be dripped into the conjunctival sac several times a day as needed. The duration of use depends on the type and course of the disease. Contact lens wearers should remove their contact lenses before applying the drops and reinsert them after about 15 minutes. An overdose of the drops is not known. Pan-Ophtal eye drops must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Always read the package leaflet before use and ask a doctor or pharmacist for advice if you have any questions. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should ask their doctor for advice before use. There are only a few known side effects, which mostly occur in exceptional cases. The eye drops should be stored away from heat and used within 4 weeks after opening.
