Pain and itching in frequently recurring herpes infections with blister formation in the lip area (recurrent herpes labialis). The cream should be applied thinly to the infected skin areas 5 times a day every 4 hours. Care should be taken to treat adjacent areas as well. The duration of application is usually 5 days. If symptoms persist or recur regularly, a doctor should be consulted. ACICLOVIR AL Cream contains the active ingredient aciclovir (50 mg per 1 g cream) and is manufactured by ALIUD PHARMA GmbH. Before use, the package leaflet and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted about possible risks and side effects. The cream should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. The storage temperature should not exceed +25°C.
