MEGAMAX Protein 100 Vanilla is a protein-rich drink powder containing magnesium, various vitamins and sweeteners. The product contains no added sugar or honey, but naturally contains carbohydrates, mainly in the form of milk sugar (lactose). It is recommended to add two tablespoons (approx. 30 g) of the powder to 300 ml of water or skimmed milk, shake vigorously and drink preferably between meals and after training. It can also be used as part of a calorie-reduced diet. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. One serving (30 g powder in 300 ml water) contains 111 kcal, 0.9 g fat, 1.5 g carbohydrates, 24 g protein and 0.16 g salt. It also contains various vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, pantothenic acid, niacinamide, biotin, folic acid and calcium. MEGAMAX Egg White 100 consists of whey protein concentrate, milk protein and contains soya lecithin. It also contains whey protein, milk protein and soy, which can cause allergies.
