Ardeytropin tablets are a physiological sleep aid containing tryptophan as the active ingredient. It is used to promote sleepiness and to facilitate falling asleep in cases of sleep disorders. It is recommended to take 2 tablets daily before going to bed. The duration of use should not exceed 3-4 weeks. Side effects may include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, increased sensitivity to light and low blood pressure. The medicine is not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. People with hypersensitivity to the ingredients, kidney failure, brain damage from liver disease, Hedinger syndrome, low blood pressure, impaired kidney function or impaired liver function should not use the medicine. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking the medicine. The medicine should not be stored at temperatures above 25 °C.
