Artelac® NighttimeGel was developed as special nighttime protection for all types of dry eyes.The ingredients carbomer and lipids contained in Artelac® NighttimeGel supplement the missing components of the tear film.The carbomer binds moisture in the tear film for a long time.The lipids also reduce the evaporation of tears.Thanks to its thick and lipid-containing consistency, the eye gel ensures intensive and long-lasting moisturization of dry and therefore irritated eye surfaces.Artelac® NighttimeGel is ideal for accompanying the regular use of thin eye drops.Contact lenses should be removed before use.These can be used again 15 minutes after application.

Dosage

Recommended use of Artelac® NighttimeGel: Place one gel drop in the eye 15 minutes before going to bed, or use 3 to 5 gel drops or more daily.If you use Artelac® NighttimeGel during the day, wait until you can see clearly again before operating machines or driving.

Artelac® NighttimeGel application

Always wash your hands before use.Before each use, remove the protective cap from the tip of the tube.

Tilt your head back slightly.Using one finger of your free hand, gently pull down your lower eyelid.Hold the tube vertically over your eye with the drip tip facing down.Gently squeeze the tube to dispense a gel eye drop into the eye.

Place the protective cap back on the tube after each use.Now close your eye and slowly move it in all directions.Blink to distribute the gel drop as well as possible over the surface of the eye.

When using Artelac® NighttimeGel with contact lenses, they must be removed and reinserted 15 minutes after application.

Artelac® NighttimeGel leads to a short-term clouding of vision immediately after application, which is why the product is preferably used at night.If you use it during the day, wait until you can see clearly again before operating machines or driving.
