Areas of application

This medicine is used according to the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.It is used to stimulate the metabolic process in chronic inflammatory and sclerotizing liver diseases, such as chronic liver inflammation (hepatitis) and liver cirrhosis.It is also used as an adjunctive therapy for malignant diseases.

Composition

The following ingredients are used in 10 grams of Globuli velati: Hepar bovis Gl Dil.D7 0.1 gram (HAB, Vs. 41a), Silybum marianum e fructibus ferm 36 Dil.D2 0.1 grams (HAB, Vs. 36) and Viscum album (Mali) e planta tota ferm 34i Dil.D4 0.1 grams (HAB, Vs. 34i).The globules also contain sucrose (sucrose/sugar).

Contraindications

To date there are no known contraindications.

Precautions and warnings

This medicine contains sucrose.If you know that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, take Carduus marianus/Viscum Mali comp.Please only use it after consulting your doctor.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, the globules should be taken as follows: Infants receive 3 globules velati 2 to 4 times a day, children under 6 years of age 5-7 globules velati 2 to 4 times a day, children from 6 to under 12 years of age 8-10 globules velati 2 to 4 times a day and adults and children from 12 years of age 10-20 globules 3 times a dayvelati.The globules should be allowed to melt under the tongue.
