Directions for use of the article Nux Vomica/Nicotiana Comp.Globuli: - Indications: Nux vomica/Nicotiana comp. is used in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature to stimulate the respiratory organisation in the metabolic region in cases of spasmodic tendency of the smooth muscle hollow organs, such as colic or functional intestinal obstruction. - Warning: Contains sucrose (saccharose/sugar) and lactose. - Route of administration: The globuli velati should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue. Keep out of reach of children. - Composition: In 10 g of globuli velati are processed: Carbo vegetabilis Dil. D19 aquos. 0.1 g; Chamomilla recutita e radice ferm 33c Dil. D2 (HAB, Vs. 33c) 0.1 g; Nicotiana tabacum e foliis ferm 33b Dil. D9 (HAB, Vs. 33b) 0.1 g; Renes bovis Gl Dil. D6 (HAB, Vs. 41a) 0.1 g; Strychnos nux-vomica e semine ferm 35b Dil. D7 (HAB, Vs. 35b) 0.1 g. Contains sucrose (sucrose/sugar) and lactose. - Contraindications: Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to camomile or other composite plants. - Precautions and warnings: In case of severe abdominal pain associated with faecal behaviour or persistent/unclear symptoms, a doctor should be consulted. Use in children under 4 years of age should only be done after medical advice. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Adults and children over 6 years of age should allow 5-10 globuli velati to dissolve under the tongue 1-2 times daily. - Duration of use: Treatment of an acute disease should be completed after 2 weeks.
