Femikliman uno is a herbal medicine used to relieve psychological and neurovegetative symptoms caused by menopause.The active ingredient in Femikliman uno is Cimicifuga rhizome dry extract.This product is available without a prescription.

In addition to the active ingredient, the film-coated tablets also contain various excipients such as cellulose powder, highly disperse silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, macrogol 4000, corn starch, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethyl starch sodium and titanium dioxide.It is important to note that Femikliman uno contains lactose.

Dosage and application

The recommended dose is one film-coated tablet of Femikliman uno once a day.The tablet should be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably at the same time of day, either in the morning or in the evening.It is important not to take the tablet while lying down.Femikliman uno should not be taken for longer than six months without medical advice.

If you take more Femikliman uno than you should, please inform your doctor.This can decide on any necessary measures.The side effects listed below may occur more frequently.

If you forget to take Femikliman uno, do not take a double dose.Continue taking as normal at the next prescribed time.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Femikliman uno can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.Possible side effects include gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, allergic skin reactions such as rash, itching and hives, facial edema, peripheral edema, weight gain, liver damage and abnormalities in liver function tests.

Contraindications

Femikliman uno must not be taken if you are allergic to Cimicifuga (black cohosh) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.The medicine should not be used by adults under 45 years of age.Femikliman uno should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Warnings and precautions

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Femikliman uno.If your menstrual period is disrupted or returns, or if other symptoms persist, are unclear or new, you should consult a doctor.Estrogens may only be taken at the same time under medical supervision, as Femikliman can intensify their effects.

Patients with a history of liver disease should take Femikliman uno with caution.If signs of liver damage occur, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor.If you are or have been under medical treatment for an estrogen-dependent tumor, you must not use Femikliman uno without your doctor's recommendation.

Storage

Keep Femikliman uno out of the reach of children and do not store it above 30 °C.Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the carton and blister pack.
