Instructions for use of the article Calcium D3 STADA Calcium D3 STADA is a vitamin-mineral combination and is used for the supportive treatment of osteoporosis. Each chewable tablet contains 600 mg calcium carbonate and 400 I.U. vitamin D3. The recommended dose is 1 chewable tablet 2 times a day, to be taken with meals. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose as an overdose can lead to undesirable symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and constipation. If you have any questions about the use of this medicine or if you experience any side effects, you should contact your doctor or pharmacist. The medicine must not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. It is also contraindicated in certain conditions such as elevated calcium levels, renal calculi or parathyroid disorders. During pregnancy, Calcium D3 STADA should only be taken after consulting a doctor. The medicinal product should be kept away from heat and inaccessible to children.
