Retterspitz relaxation oil, formerly known as muscle and nerve oil, is a versatile herbal remedy.It contains pure mint oil as an active ingredient and is used in various areas.Applied externally, it relieves muscle and nerve pain through the cold stimulus of the oil.It can also help with respiratory problems.Taken internally, it improves stomach and intestinal problems and flatulence.The oil is available in 20 ml dropper bottles.

Areas of application

Retterspitz relaxation oil is used externally for muscle and nerve pain as well as catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.When used internally, it helps with flatulence, functional stomach, intestinal and bile problems as well as respiratory problems.

Application

For internal use, take 2 drops of the oil on sugar or in a glass of warm water 1-3 times a day.For inhalation, 3-4 drops are added to hot water.When used externally, a few drops are rubbed into the affected skin areas.After rubbing, you should wash your hands thoroughly.

Special Notes

Retterspitz relaxation oil must not be used if you are hypersensitive to mint oil.The oil should not be used if the bile ducts are blocked, gallbladder inflammation or severe liver damage.If you have gallstones, you should consult a doctor.For infants and small children, the oil should not be applied to the face area, especially the nose.

Storage

The medicine should not be used after the expiry date stated on the container and carton.The opened bottle should be carefully closed and stored away from light.Medicines should be kept out of the reach of children.
