Instructions for use for sab simplex® suspension, 100 ml
What is Sab Simplex Suspension?
Sab Simplex Suspension is a medication used to treat gas-related gastrointestinal symptoms such as flatulence and bloating. It is particularly suitable for babies suffering from three-month colic or flatulence. The active ingredient simeticone helps to remove the accumulated air in the gastrointestinal area, which reduces the pressure on the intestinal wall and relieves pain.No prescription is required for this product.
The active ingredient Simeticon specifically helps against air accumulation in the digestive tract
In babies, flatulence or three-month colic can often be triggered by milk formula.Gases form in the intestines and are trapped by the small bubbles in the milk foam, causing discomfort.Simeticon, the active ingredient in Sab Simplex, reduces the surface tension of these blisters so that the built-up air can escape before it causes discomfort. This happens, for example, through the little farm.
Gentle relief from infant or three-month colic
The active ingredient simeticone is very well tolerated by babies because it enters the digestive tract directly and is not absorbed by the rest of the body.It leads to a physical but completely harmless reaction in the milk foam bubbles. This provides gentle relief for infant and three-month colic.Sab Simplex can be easily mixed with other liquids and is therefore particularly suitable for small children and babies. The preparation is also suitable for breastfed infants by administering it with a small spoon before breastfeeding. The pleasant raspberry taste makes it more pleasant for babies to take.
Area of application
Sab Simplex is a drug used to treat functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. The active ingredient simeticone is a surface-active substance that can dissolve excessive air and gas accumulations in the gastrointestinal tract. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of gas-related gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence and a feeling of fullness, for the preparation of examinations in the abdominal area such as X-rays and ultrasound examinations, and for the preparation of gastrointestinal examinations.Sab Simplex can also help with increased gas formation after operations or with dishwashing liquid poisoning.
