Instructions for use of the article Allevyn Foam Dressing 4,5x5,5 cm Non-adhesive Allevyn Foam Dressing is a gentle non-adherent dressing used for delicate wounds. The strong foam core supports the treatment of wounds with moderate to heavy exudation. The dressing has contoured sides and sealed edges to provide effective leakage protection for up to seven days. It is conformable, cushioning, flexible and can be cut to size. The dressing can be fixed with e.g. Opsite Flexigrid. Dimensions: 4.5 x 5.5 cm The Allevyn foam dressing is gently adhesive and supports the care of wounds on sensitive skin. Due to the foam core, it has a high absorption capacity and fast exudate absorption. The dressing protects the wound from external influences and creates an ideal moist wound environment that accelerates the healing process. The dressing is easy to apply and remove. It does not stick to the wound and is particularly suitable for sensitive skin. The padding protects the wound from impact and minimises the risk of skin irritation and injury.
