Ibuflam® 4% is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine used to treat mild to moderately severe pain and fever. The main active ingredients are ibuprofen and anthocyanins. It is recommended not to take the medicine for more than 3 days in children and adolescents and not for more than 4 days in adults. Special care should be taken in people who are allergic to ibuprofen or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and in people with certain diseases or disorders such as stomach or intestinal ulcers, bleeding, liver or kidney dysfunction and heart problems. It is recommended to take the suspension during meals and to shake it vigorously before taking it. There are also special dosage recommendations for children in different age groups. Side effects may occur and should be reported to the doctor or pharmacist. Interactions with other medicines should be considered and discussed with a doctor if necessary.
