and nail vitamin - supports healthy growth. With BIO-H-TIN® Vitamin H, you supply your body with additional vitamin H and can thus achieve a visible and noticeable effect. In addition, a balanced diet provides your hair and nails with important nutrients and trace elements.

Dosage and instructions for use

Adults take 1 tablet daily with liquid. The total dose should not be exceeded. The duration of use depends on the type of complaint and is determined by the doctor. An overdose should be avoided. Before taking, possible effects and precautions should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist, especially in infants, young children and the elderly.

Contraindications

BIO-H-TIN® Vitamin H must not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients and in children under 18 years of age without medical supervision. In pregnancy and lactation, there are no restrictions on use as far as is known at present. In the event of a contraindication, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted, as the therapeutic benefits may outweigh the possible risks.

Side effects

Possible side effects may include allergic hypersensitivity of the skin. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted in the event of any disturbances of well-being or changes during treatment. The information on side effects refers to side effects occurring in at least one in 1,000 patients treated.

Composition

Each tablet contains 2.5 mg biotin. Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, carboxymethyl starch sodium type A and magnesium stearate (vegetable).

Mode of action

Vitamin H, also called biotin or vitamin B7, is a water-soluble vitamin from the group of B vitamins. It is an important nutrient that promotes many metabolic processes and is needed for the function of the metabolism, nerves, digestion and the cardiovascular system.

Storage

The medicinal product should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. No special storage conditions are required.

The medicinal product is available as packs of 28, 84 and 2x84 (bundle pack) tablets.
