The recommended dose is one capsule 3 times daily before the main meals, with 2 capsules taken at the beginning on the first day of treatment. The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days. Vaprino Against Acute Diarrhoea contains the active substance racecadotril in a dosage of 100 mg per capsule. The capsules should be kept away from children and should not be used after the expiry date. Side effects may include headache, rash and redness of the skin. The product contains lactose and is not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
